Spent $35 on under cooked eggs and burnt bacon. Ended up going to the bakery afterwards.
The food was just lovely and coffee pretty good too. You might have to wait a bit but that's true of lots of places.
I liked the idea of what they were trying to accomplish, but there are still health standards to be met.The egg was not cooked; the bacon badly overdone; gloves were not worn by some people in the kitchen prepping food; and overall the customer service was very lacking despite the enthusiasm and motivation of the people teaching them. Would not recommend.
We had a great breakfast experience here. The food was very good, service was friendly and all for a good cause. Will be back again.
