Very disappointed in the installer he left a mess did not clean up after his work the plantation shutters were measured wrong could not open the kitchen windows all screws were not capped of on these white shutters i personally did it, the bottom plantation sill on both kitchen windows were taken away to be cut out i mentioned i want it professionally done and painted what did i get given back to me one of the sills had a saw cut in it and the cut outs on the sill to allow for the window winders were rough.The main bedroom wall was damaged when installer put up the curtain rod brackets in a brand new expensive home i was reimbursed for my labor to fix damaged wall after the owner of the business was reluctant to come out to inspect the work but agreed to do so with some pressure from us, this house was photographed and a full page spread in Domain in the Border Mail for this award winning house so tradies and installers your reputation hinges on good workmanship.
