The gear we hired was in good condition.However we were dissappointed by the lack of service. After a 30 sec description of how to use a tandem, the guy ran off leaving us to our own devices.There was no repair kit or bike lock supplied.So we were unable to leave our bike for a lunch time wander.
Fantastic service, couldnt ask for better. My little boys chain broke and lost the link. The guys at the shop had a new chain link which saved a 5 yr olds weekend. He is a very happy little man. Thankyou.
Fantastic service. Visited Bright for a shuttle day, and had a problem with the bike. These guys were very helpful and resolved the issue on the spot so I could keep riding. Great experience. Highly recommended.
