Dropped in on a hot January afternoon, service was initially good, we were greeted by a friendly young man wh gave us a drinks menu and explained a few things and seated us at the bar. We enjoyed the gins and the food was nice, although it took a while for us to get their attention for the food menu. But overall it felt a bit unfriendly - the young woman at the bar never made eye contact nor engaged with us, she was intent on making drinks and seemed busy and rushed although the place was not full. We felt that we were forcing conversation.
Visited in the evening for a great G&T. Distilled in house using unique Australian ingredients. My only wish would be they created their own tonic syrup here! That would really complete the experience. Great modern decor too. Did not have chance to eat.
Wow, what an amazing dining experience right from the phone call to make a reservation to leaving at the end of a lovely evening. The food was perfect and cooked right in front of us by some clearly accomplished chefs as we sat at bar. The service was great, the atmosphere was lovely, this has been a highlight of our stay in Bright and we're certain to be back. Thank you to the team at Reed & Co for giving us such a great experience.

Came here a few weeks ago, disappointing. Booked a table for dinner and when we arrived a fuss was made about where we would sit. Were told to sit on stools while a they sorted a table (the place was quiet). Our presence was an obvious annoyance to the waitress. No offer of drinks or food menu while we waited 10 minutes. Eventually some cutlery was placed on a nearby table and we were permitted to sit there. Only given a drinks list. No offer of water. We sat there for another 15 minutes (we timed it), completely ignored by the staff despite us trying politely to get attention. One waiter was casually moving boxes and putting stock away. Almost 30 minutes after arriving we walked out, telling the waitstaff not to bother. They said nothing as they watched us leave.
